Consultation by Appointment

• Preferably call between 8:00 – 10:00 a.m.

• When you want to make an appointment, the assistant will ask you few questions about the nature of the appointment. The assistant does this in order to estimate the nature and the urgency of your possible complaints as accurately as possible. The assistant is (just like the doctor) obliged to treat your information confidentially.

 

Double Appointment

• Do you have several complaints or questions? Please indicate that when you are making an appointment. In that case we will plan a double appointment if necessary.

 

Doctors Visit

• If it is not possible to come to the practice yourself, then the doctor can also visit you at home. The assistant assesses, possibly together with the doctor, whether a home visit will be made or necessary.
• Please note: the home visit is not intended for people who do not have time or transport problems to visit the doctor during consultation hours.

 

Evening Consultation

• On Wednesdays, there is an evening consultation hour form 5:00 p.m.

• If you do not come to your appointment or cancel the appointment less than 4 hours in advance, we will send you a bill of € 25,00 (euro).
